FAQ

Not at all. This is completely normal for high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

When temperatures drop, the natural fats in olive oil can begin to solidify, causing the oil to look cloudy or form small white crystals. This happens most often in cooler weather and is actually a sign of real, minimally processed olive oil.

We suggest leaving the bottle out at room temperature for a few hours or overnight. The oil will naturally become clear again and will be ready to be enjoyed. We do NOT suggest microwaving or any other method of rapid reheating.
